RETURNS

All purchases are final, therefore requests for a return will not be acknowledged. Purify Global ensures the quality of the products, and that they are in 100% good condition before shipping them out. Purify Global is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

REFUNDS

Although all purchases are final. We will entertain product replacement requests IF the Items/Products that you received are completely defective and damaged (damages caused by the courier not included). Thus, request for a refund will not be acknowledged, only product placements, as stated above.
